VTG Weldon Glazed Redware Slipware Sgraffito Pottery Vase PA Folk Art c1975

I have for sale a beautiful example of Pennsylvania PA Dutch slip ware  red ware sgraffito made by Weldon or Welden about circa 1975-1980.  Please see photos for the best description of this item and to be able to appreciate it.  It is signed Weldon or Welden on the glazed bottom.  The saying on the back reads, "Time is an herb that cures all diseases".  This vase measures about 5 inches tall, including the lid or cap on top and is 3 inches diameter across the bottom.  There are no cracks but there is one chip on the cap as shown on photo #5.  One can feel some roughness on the lid but it is under the glaze.  There is glaze covering all areas of the vase, including the inside and the bottom but the bottom of the cap is not glazed.  This item has been stored in a smoke free and pet free home.
