Description

A beautiful forest scene in embroidery shows a majestic deer serenaded by a bluebird; a rabbit hops away & mushrooms grow nearby.
Vintage embroidered picture has a uniquely textured wooden frame (no glass.) Carboard backing is taped and has a string attached with nails in the back for hanging.
Measures approximately 15" wide x 17" tall.
Embroidered on a cream background.
Handmade by my Nana, circa 1940s. So lovely for bohemian, rustic, cottagecore or nature-inspired decor!
There is some yellowing/discoloring, normal for vintage textiles. The tape holding the cardboard backing has started to peel. Please see close up photos. Smoke-free home. tags: forest woodland woods wall art
