Vintage European Hungarian(?) Folk Art Signed Wall Plate 6", Cobalt Blue, Floral Design. This beautifully designed and crafted 6" folk art plate features a center cluster design of tulips in bloom.  Surrounding that you will see a scalloped circular design and then on to a design of what I believe may flower buds then on to the final design around running around the rim you will again see the scalloped carving imprints. The condition is preowned and very good. There is just one very (I mean very) small spot of which I have pointed out in one of the provided pics where the glaze is missing.  This flaw, however does not detract from the loveliness of the piece.  On the reverse side you will see an inscription of the date of 1998 and the artist's signature of which I can't seem to decipher (HLIV?). Also on the underside around the rim you will find holes and hanging wire affixed to the plate for an easy display. The plate measures 6" in diameter and 1-1/4" high.
