    Description

    Vintage 1970s Forum Thirty Springfield, Illinois, Catering Buffet Dinner & Catering Cold & Hot Hors d'oeuvres menus. One tan menu for the former and a blue insert menu for the latter.
    Menus measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Featured on the covers are Forum Thirty's famous architectural design and profiles of Abraham Lincoln.
    Complete, excellent condition. Scarce.
    The Forum Thirty opened in 1974 as the Forum Thirty Plaza Hotel. It was later renamed the Hilton Towers in 1980 and eventually became the Wyndham Springfield City Centre in 2015. One of Springfield's enduring landmarks, the Forum Thirty's unique, cylindrical design featured the lower 15 floors accessed by glass elevators which afforded a nice view of the city.
