    Paper menu with stapled pages.  Appetizers and drinks menu is about 8.5 x 15 inches.   Unknown year but probably from the late 1960s to early 1970s.  The copyright date is 1965 but that is probably for the artwork.  (Here the Rum Keg is .00, by 1973 it was priced 7.50).   This came from an estate with items from Chicago, Illinois, so I believe this is from the Palmer House Hotel location.
    Condition:  Used.  Average.   Wear to edges with some scuffs to paper.
