"Free shipping" does not apply to any address outside of the lower 48 United States. Buyers in Alaska, Puerto Rico Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands APO, FPO and DPO, be advised.  For ship to addresses outside the lower 48 US states, shipping charges will apply.
Combined shipping for combined purchases made on the same day is offered whenever possible. Shipping we will attempt to combined to minimize costs. Shipping will only be combined within the same Calendar day.
We will do our best to ship within one business day of receipt of your funds through PayPal. If it is not possible to ship within one business day, we will inform you by email of the delay and of when the item can and will be shipped.
We ship using USPS and UPS ground depending on the package size.
We will use USPS when a package is small and light or when an item fits a flat-rate package.
Many items will be shipped using USPS flat-rate padded envelopes at current USPS rates, weight dup to 70 Lbs.
Larger boxes, pre-boxed items or items that do not fit the USPS flat-rate criteria will generally be shipped via UPS.
Expedited shipping:
Expedited shipping is not offered as a standard method of shipping in our auctions and sales.

LTL freight:
We use a variety of carriers depending on best rates attainable.  We can give you an estimated freight quote when you supply us with the following information:
Full ship to address.
Is this a business or residential address?
Is the address accessible to a delivery truck?
Is there a loading dock, and/or fork lift truck available for unloading?
Do you require a lift gate and/or pallet jack for unloading?
Will this require indoor delivery?
Is any special handling required?
Freight quotes are approximate.

International Shipping:
As a rule, international shipping is only done through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. For small items under 13 ounces USPS First Class International mail may also be used.
If you live in a country that is not included in the eBay Global Shipping Program you may not bid on an item without first obtaining an agreement with us.
Please be advised that the cost of international shipping is considerably greater than domestic shipping and if you live in an area that does not fall within the sphere of domestic rates you will be at a considerable disadvantage in bidding due to the added shipping costs.
The shipping method for listings that are registered on eBay to be handled by eBay’s Global Shipping Program may not be changed.  If you feel that a better shipping arrangement can be made we are open to changing the shipping method.  To change the shipping method the current sale must be canceled and funds returned.  Then the item must be re-listed with the new International shipping method specified.  You then re-purchase the item and we ship it acordingly.

Return Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, you may return your purchase for a full refund for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date the item was received. To receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was in when shipped. We will generally not repair an item nor will we generally substitute another item for the original.
Refunds will be given ONLY if the item is returned. The buyer must pay return shipping. We will not cover the original shipping and handling costs.
All refunds will be for the full purchase price and refunded to the buyer by the same means by which the item was originally paid for. We do not offer partial refunds.  Refunds will be given as money back.
Certain items are secured with tamper-proof labels.  Breaking these labels voids any warranty, explicit or implied, and voids the purchaser's right to return the merchandise unless arrangements are made beforehand.
In some instances, we will not offer a return on items.
Generally, if functionality or aesthetics is in question, we will always offer a return option.
