A very large and very heavy `menu with a shiny GOLD cover. 4 interior pages plus and  onion skin wrap pages . Ivana's Restaurant Menu. Was located in the  Trump Plaza Hotel in  Atlantic City New Jersey. This hotel has been demolished. Dated  1990. Measures about 9 3/4"x 13 1/2" when closed. The name of the restaurant was changed to Ivanka's after Donald Trumps divorce from Ivana.
