-Medium front and back panels and a large cummerbund, comes with two eagle industries smoke pouches, and one t3 TQ pouch ( no TQ) the white spots on the back are from cleaning (oxy clean) can be scrubbed away with brush, comes with one side plate, the mag inserts on the cummerbund work fine.
