A 4 page dinner menu with wine list in a colorful menu cover and a 2 sided Corner House Casino Roulette odds card with space for recording spins. The menu measures about 8 1/4" x 12' when closed. the card measures about 3 1/4' x 9 1/4"  Due to the size limitations of my scanner, the entire menu may not show in some of the scans.  The menu is dated 1968. Believed to be from the Lion's Corner House Casino in Piccadilly Circus
