A large 4 page dinner menu from Bruce Wong's MING ROOM. Was located at 358 South La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles California. Circa 1950's. Measures about 10" x 13" when closed. Has a exotic drinks menu on the back cover. An Americanized Chinese / Polynesian Menu with such items as Ming Room Special Soup with Chinese Kreplach, Pot Raost Chicken, Prok Chow Mein Chicago Style and more. Due to the size limitations of my scanner, the entire menu may not show in some of the scans. Bruce Wong opened one of the earliest Cantonese Restaurants on restaurant Row in the 1940's. The Ming Room was very popular with Beverly Hills Residents and Celelbrity Clientele. It closed in the 1960's Where Marilyn Monroe's beauty caused a fight at the next table. .
