In this auction you are bidding on a used BlackWater Gear hard plate carrier. This vest is used, it does has marks on it, rust stains, and probably some sweat stains. It is adjustable. Admin pouch has zip ties connecting it to the vest. Triplemmagg pouch has the tops removed for easier access. I purchased this in a lot of SF gear. How you see it is how I found it.
