DESCRIPTION
The item for sale is "English Barbie" dressed fashion doll by Mattel, measuring 11-1/2 to 12 inches tall.  This doll was released in 1992 as a Special Edition and part of the "Dolls of the World -- Europe" Collection. The doll features the smiling "Superstar Barbie" face mold and she wears a riding outfit.

Barbie doll wears a lovely blue and red sidesaddle riding habit, the height of fashion among English horsewomen in the 1890s. Her ensemble is decorated with an ascot tie and “jeweled” pin, topped by an English bowler (derby hat). She’s perfectly suited for a jaunty steeplechase (horse race). Cheerio (goodbye)!
The doll is new, never displayed and never removed from its box, which is in near-mint to mint condition. Please refer to the photos - the only exceptions are a crease on the top left corner and a rub on the top front middle; and very minor wear on the right edge of the top lid. It is from the collection of a doll collector who is particular about box condition.  The item has been stored in a dust-free, pet-free and non-smoking environment.
