    1953 Triumph 500 motor cases Motor rebuilt with 650 crank / Unit construction 9-bolt top end / New pistons & valves.
    Rigid frame with stretch rear / Girder front end / Frisco-style tank /Hallcraft style front brake with 19” rim     Joe Alphabet style 2-into-1 exhaust // 5.10 X 16 HD rear rim and tire / King & Queen seat / Custom sissy bar

    This project needs to be completed by an experienced builder who is familiar with Pre-unit Triumphs.      It is being sold as a project as is. There is no warranty or guarantee on any of the pieces used to get it to the point you see.  While most of the big pieces are there, the wiring, cables and plumbing will need to be completed. The motorcycle is only mocked up at this point.  It needs to be disassembled, painted and chromed if needed.  The girder should be modified in the spring area.  I have the clutch hub assembly and new nuts and bolts as shown.        A primary chain is needed among other parts.
    What you see in the pictures is what you are going to get. THIS IS NOT A PROJECT FOR AN AMATEUR BUILDER..    This is mocked up in the style that we built them in the 1970s.    Please ask questions BEFORE you bid. [email protected] or 330-506-9169 . It needs to be picked up in Youngstown, Ohio.
    I AM LOCATED 1 MILE FROM I-80, 2 MILES I-76 and OHIO TURNPIKE ON THE OHIO PA BORDER. ANYONE TRAVELLING TO THE WAUSEON, OHIO VINTAGE M/C MEET THIS WEEKEND FROM THE EAST OR NEW ENGLAND WILL PROBABLY COME RIGHT PAST MY SHOP. ALSO THE CANFIELD AUTO SWAP MEET IS THIS WEEKEND. CALL ME TO ARRANGE TO PICK THE BIKE UP ON THE WAY TO OR BACK FROM THESE TWO BIG EVENTS.
