NOTICE:
The serum vials are overpacked with edge protection on all 8 sides of the case. Extra paper filler and dunnage has been added in each cases for protection of the vials in transit. Despite our best efforts, it is customary for a small number of serum vials out of the 1,260 piece case to get damaged in transit. If this occurs with your shipment, YOU MUST save all original packaging materials, styrofoam edges, etc, and contact FedEx Ground for a driver to come and inspect the shipment ( serum vials PLUS styrofoam edges PLUS all filler material). If and only IF the buyer (YOU) does this, we will give you a pro-rated credit to apply on your next order.
DEFINITION:
Pro-rated credit means the value of the serum vials broken in comparison to the total shipment value. Since there are 1,260 vials plus 1,000 stoppers, the total number of pieces in the shipment is 2,260 pieces. Value of each piece in the shipment is the same, so the credit given per each vial damaged would be the divided value: 0.00 USD / 2,260 pieces = {{detail_product_description}}.12 per piece value. Thus, if 5 vials were found to be broken, and you arranged and followed through with an inspection from a FedEx driver, and a claim was filed, you would get a {{detail_product_description}}.60 credit ({{detail_product_description}}.12 x 5 = {{detail_product_description}}.60) to be applied on your next order. When the buyer (YOU) place an order for these goods, you agree to these terms.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Immediately after the product ships, we will send you the FedEx tracking information. It is YOUR responsibility to sign for the package when FedEx makes a delivery attempt, or, to make arrangements to pick up the product from a nearby FedEx facility. If nobody is available to sign for the package when a delivery attempt is made, and the driver leaves the package at your doorstep, we will not be responsible for theft of your merchandise. It is YOUR responsibility to contact FedEx for inquiries, missing packages, delivery arrangements, damages and anything else related to your shipment.
